Lampas relaunches KOLORIT pendant light by Klinkby Design

You can now add a stylish touch of colour to your interior with a Danish-designed and Danish-made pendant light. Klinkby Design and Lampas are relaunching Jørgen Klinkby’s 1992 KOLORIT light in its original design and materials, in a choice of four inspiring colours.

KOLORIT L1600 is colourful and playful yet still retains its architectural and simplistic look. It is available in two sizes of pendant, Ø200 mm and Ø340 mm. Both can be used for general room lighting. The large version is intended for hanging above a dining table or meeting-room table, while the small model is perfect above a coffee table or as an eye-catching interior feature.

“The concept behind the shape is simple. The white floating disc reflects the light, while the white cylinder reflects and shields it. The coloured cylinder with socket injects a vibrant touch of colour,” explains Jørgen Klinkby.

With its soft, evocative illumination, KOLORIT L1600 adds to the Danish tradition of pendant-light design. The colour detail turns the light into a lighting experience.

KOLORIT pendant now available as Lampas light in four colours
