The ELMAR L3 MINI is named as such because it is the smallest of the three ELMAR L3 wall lights from Friis & Moltke Design. It is an indoor wall light with a strong sense of character. Its three simple components form a whole that is striking yet harmonious. Uncompromising simplicity, as is so characteristic of Friis & Moltke designs, delivers a light with a strong sense of energy.

The ELMAR L3 MINI is 80 mm in diameter and 145 mm in height. The balance in proportions between cylinder, arm and wall flange is identical to the two larger ELMAR wall lights.

This small indoor wall light is perfect for creating atmospheric, subdued lighting with its black silhouette and warm, downward illumination.

Friis & Moltke Design redesigned the three ELMAR lights in 2022 based on the original L3 light by Knud Friis and Elmar Moltke. Several versions of the large L3 cylinder light were produced in the 1960s and 1970s, and it was one of the first lights to come from the legendary collaboration between Lampas as producer and Friis & Moltke as designer.

ELMAR L3 MINI reflects this history and delivers timeless appeal with its carefully considered aesthetics. It is made from aluminium, which makes it lightweight and durable.

When ordering the ELMAR L3 MINI, you can choose between two installation options. The light can be supplied for wall mounting with no visible cable and is turned on using a wall switch. Or it can be supplied with a cable that extends from the base of the light and plugs into a socket with a switch.

Light source not included and must be ordered separately. The ELMAR L3 MINI comes with a GU10 base socket, which is suitable for a variety of bulbs, including smart bulbs.

The ELMAR design is now available as four different lights for both indoor and outdoor lighting. In addition to the ELMAR L3 MINI, there is the ELMAR L3 outdoor wall light, which is available in two sizes, Ø 160 mm and Ø 120 mm. The ELMAR L33 bollard enables the distinctive ELMAR cylinder to be used for lighting lawns, terraces and flower beds.
