The OUTFIT L901 bollard light matches the wall light and the mailbox in the same series with clean, smooth surfaces and soft, moulded edges. It provides decorative light down the stand and has a light detail at the top.
The flat, oval shape of the light has the same dimensions as the OUTFIT L900 wall light. As with the wall light, light from the bollard shines up and down. The passerby´s eye will be drawn to the luminous field at the top of the bollard, perfect for marking a long driveway or path in a park when a series of lights are erected in a row.
The bollard can also be supplied with downward lights only, where the shade at the top is replaced by a cover plate.
The light’s head is made of die-cast aluminium, which gives the rounded shape a soft look. The stand is made from extruded aluminium. The light is supplied powder coated and is available in any RAL colour. It also looks very good painted in Corten.
The shade at the top and bottom of the light’s head is made of shockproof, satiné polycarbonate, which provides a uniform, glare-free distribution of light.
The OUTFIT series was designed by Anne Qvist Design Office and also contains the OUTFIT L900 wall light and the OUTFIT mailbox. A feature they all have in common is the simple design with clean surfaces, which was created to create a sense of unity in the elements a home needs around the entrance or driveway, with, for example, the house number on the wall light. The OUTFIT series was originally designed for the Skanderborg Bakker Residential Development .
I sit design har Anne Qvist fokus på mennesker, skala, kontekst, bæredygtighed og det sanselige.
