BALLO L807 is a streetlight that provides a design touch, both in daylight and after dark.
BALLO L807 can be supplied with several types of optics, meaning it can fulfil a variety of lighting requirements for streets, roads, etc. Install BALLO L807 on residential streets, along footpaths and in car parks to create a well-designed, distinctive setting for residents and passers-by.
The light is characterised by a white dome-shaped shade attached to an angular post and arm. The illuminated white, curved shade together with the angled post give BALLO L807 a very distinctive silhouette for street and road lighting.
The BALLO L807 streetlight was designed in 2000 by Cubo Arkitekter. The actual lighting technology has been updated several times, most recently in 2021. However, the exterior of the light has remained the same throughout, meaning all generations of the product can be installed side by side.
It is possible to upgrade existing lights to the most up-to-date and energy-efficient lighting technology – contact our lighting consultant to find out more. Find out more about LED upgrades here.
This post light comprises a hot-dip galvanised steel post and an impact-resistant and UV-resistant polycarbonate shade.
The post can also be supplied with a powder coating in any RAL colour. The combination of a black post and white shade creates a stylish contrast. The post is available in three heights – 3.5 m, 4 m and 5 m.
The light distribution can be circular-symmetrical, asymmetrical or another option, depending on the lighting needs and requirements for the specific location. BALLO L807 is compatible with most kinds of lighting control.
The choice of colour temperature is either 3000 K or 4000 K.
Here at Lampas we are happy to provide advice on lighting plans, lighting requirements, light calculations and other technical details affecting the suitability of the lighting and the user experience. Contact our lighting consultant to find out more.
The BALLO L807 streetlight is part of an extensive lighting range. The gently curved, dome shape is a recurring feature of the range.
For street and road lighting, the BALLO L809 streetlight fixture can be mounted on most standard posts and arms.
The BALLO range also includes indoor lighting products. BALLO L804 is a colourful pendant in aluminium for meeting rooms, restaurants, etc., while BALLO L804-500 is a pendant for larger rooms with a white, opal shade, ideal for general lighting of large spaces.
“Lights should be designed to be visible and to add quality to the overall experience of a room’s interior,” says Cubo Arkitekter. Their collaboration with Lampas began in 1998.
