LINES L310 WALL- AND CEILING LIGHT

The LINES L310 wall light delivers a poetic and communicative lighting experience. The rectangular frame creates an inviting field of light that marks doors and entrances. Viewing LINES L310 from the front, you notice the lines of the frame and the soft glow that spills out onto the wall.

The oblong outline of the frame is accentuated by an extruded edge down the front of the light. The two lines are a design detail that also give the light its name.

Light is emitted from the sides of the frame. LINES L310 can be installed vertically or horizontally, on a ceiling or wall.

This wall and ceiling light is available in 3 lengths. The three options – 300, 600 and 900 mm – enable the product to fulfil a variety of purposes, and to create differing ambiences for your interior. The three LINES lights work well together when used in combination. They can also be installed individually, with each size option enhancing its surroundings in a unique way.

Danish-design wall and ceiling light

The large LINES L310-900 (900 mm) provides effective illumination. When installed vertically, the long, slender field of light serves as a distinct indicator for entrances or staircases, for example. LINES L310-900 can also be used as a ceiling light, providing excellent overhead light for larger rooms.

The mid-sized LINES L310-600 is 600 mm long. Its medium length is a harmonious fit for many spatial contexts, both large and small. It brings a distinct presence to any wall. It can also be installed as a ceiling light for general room lighting.

The smallest option is LINES L310-300 at a length of 300 mm. The ratio between length and width makes this small LINES light a compact, luminous object that can be freely positioned on a wall – lengthwise, crosswise, diagonally or as a companion to any of the longer LINES products.

LED light fixture for atmospheric stair and corridor lighting

The fixture, which houses an LED unit, is made of aluminium and plastic. The materials can be easily disassembled and recycled, and it’s also simple to replace LEDs and lighting technology should the need arise.

The frame consists of extruded aluminium profiles with cast aluminium end pieces. The entire frame is glass-blasted, giving it a uniformly rough surface, and it is available in natural or powder-coated.

The shade is made of opal satiné plastic, which distributes light evenly over a luminous field.

The frame is curved on the inside to reflect the light and diffuse it to the sides.

LINES L310 was designed by Luplau & Poulsen Architects in 2022 as lighting for stairwells and corridors for the company’s own expressive residential projects. In other words, LINES L310 has been designed to meet the need for light that is both evocative and functional in locations where people are coming and going.
