The NYE L1002 bollard light in corten steel highlights footpaths and lines in the landscape with an attractive, fan-shaped pool of light and a simple, modern Nordic design.

In daylight, the bollard provides a pleasing and welcoming outline, while after dark it delivers an appealing glow.

NYE L1002 can be described as a rectangular block with cut-out wedges. The light source is concealed in the top of the bollard. From here, the light spills out onto the surrounding surface, creating a distinctive fan-shaped pool of light.

NYE L1002 is available in two heights: 600 mm and 900 mm. It can be supplied with light apertures on one or both sides. The single-sided version is suitable for footpaths, where light is needed along the path, but you don’t want unnecessary illumination on grass or vegetation behind the bollard.

When supplied in corten steel, the bollard is a warm shade of rust red, with an appealing, natural look.

NYE L1002 is also available in hot-dip galvanised steel, with the option of powder coating in any RAL colour.

NYE L1002 is part of the NYE range, which also includes a wall light, a large cube-shaped bollard and a large cube-shaped bollard with a wooden seat. Install NYE L1002 together with the matching NYE L1001 square wall light to create a sense of cohesion between path and façade. Or combine NYE L1002 with one of the two large bollards that also serve as a seat, NYE L1003 made entirely of steel or NYE L1004 with a wooden seat.

If you want to combine the NYE bollard with a post light, ANTO L1014 or ANTO L1016 with spotlights are great options. Like the NYE range, the ANTO range was designed by VE2 and is also available in 100% corten steel.

Danish design studio VE2 have created the NYE range in a modern, Nordic style with no unnecessary details. This simple and timeless bollard light can be used in both contemporary and classic settings.

In 2020, the NYE lighting range received a Red Dot: Best of the Best Award in the category ‘Lighting & Lamps’.

NYE L1002 is also a light that is Dark Sky certified by DarkSky International. It means the level of light pollution and light spill is low, for the benefit of wildlife and stargazers.

The corten-steel NYE L1002 bollard is made from a mono-material, steel, and can be easily disassembled and recycled once it reaches the end of its useful life.
